How do I schedule an appointment?
Our scheduling is easy and we offer a convenient location and appointment times for you. We have morning and evening appointments available to meet the demands of your busy schedule, including weekends by appointment only. You can call us 705-315-0111, email info@promotionhealthcare.com or Book Online ( 24/7).
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A prescription (if needed) from your referring physician and insurance information (we will make a copy of your card). In case of an automobile accident or worker’s compensation claim, also bring any case manager or insurance adjuster’s contact names, phone numbers, and claim number. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork so you can maximize your time for your evaluation. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your problem area. Bring your old Orthotics and Shoes that you wear the most.
Do I need a Prescription?
You will need a prescription for Custom Made Orthotics, Braces, Compression Socks and any other medical device. Some insurance companies also require a prescription for physiotherapy and massage.
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably in clothes that allow easy access for the therapist to examine your problem areas. For treatments, loose-fitting clothes that are comfortable for gentle exercises and supportive sneakers are often good choices to wear.
I have a referral to another clinic?
As a patient, you have the right to receive therapy and orthotics at any place you choose. At Pro Motion Healthcare, you will receive the highest quality care while achieving the results you need.
